Information you send us
If you use our contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to respond to you and to arrange appointments, and we don’t sell them or share them for marketing. Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your general location. It doesn’t identify you by name.
We also use advertising tools from Google and Meta to measure how our ads perform. They may use cookies to record visits to some pages and when a form is sent, but they never receive what you wrote in the form.
Your choices
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies at any time. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics: opt out on every website with Google’s browser add-on, and see how Google uses this information.
- Ad settings: control how Google and Meta use your information in your Google and Meta ad settings.
- Visitors in Quebec and Europe: these analytics and advertising tools are not loaded for you at all.
